We compared minitrampoline-related injuries with full-sized trampoline-related injuries, randomly selected from all full-sized trampoline-related injuries reported to the NEISS during the study period. Patients ranged in age from 1 to 80 years mean [SD]: Children who were younger than 6 years were more likely to be injured on a minitrampoline than on a full-sized trampoline, when compared with 6- to year-olds odds ratio [OR]: 2. On minitrampolines, children who were younger than 6 years were at risk for head lacerations OR: 4. Children who were 6 to 17 years and injured on a full-sized trampoline were at risk for lower extremity strains or sprains OR: 4.

One moment, please
The potential for higher performance is increased the larger the trampoline, and the narrower the bed webbing. The bed webbing options are 4mm or 6mm higher performance , 13mm or 25mm standard performance. It is the combination of the two aspects that determines the suitability of the trampoline for the level of performance required. If a trampoline has shared use with a community club, it makes sense to address the needs of both. While a 77A series trampoline with a 25mm or 13mm bed may be suitable for school use, this may not be adequate for the needs of a club.

FEATURED FRANCHISES
You must be old enough to walk. Our separate Bounce! You do not have to make a reservation in advance, however, we strongly recommend it to avoid being closed out of your desired time slot.

By Peter Saunders Some franchises fit well-defined industry parameters, but others seem to appear out of the blue. No one had done this before and there were no experts we could go to. We had to grow the concept organically and develop our own procedures.
