Golf on las vegas strip

My husband is 40 next year and I am booking a surprise trip to vegas and he a mad golf fan handicap 11 I want to book him a round of golf which is the best course - wynn or bai hai - cost not the issue. Other then that I know there are some Very expensive courses in LV but which one is the best I have no clue. To add injury to insult it is not that great of a course. If you really want to treat hubby, book him at Wolf Creek in Mesquite NV and get him a rental car to make the 45 minute trip. Green fees and the rental car will be less expensive than a green fee at either Wynn or Bali Hai and it is a much better course then either of them.
